In 1965, Yves Rea constructed his first building in Livonia, Michigan, which he still owns today. Following years of successful leasing and general contracting across the Tri-County area, REA Construction commenced the development of the Metro Telegraph Industrial Park in Taylor, Michigan, in 1980, which currently comprises 66 light industrial buildings. Throughout his career, Mr. Rea has consistently prioritized meeting the unique needs of his tenants, whether through design and build services or leasing contracts.
